Estes used to make a camera rocket called the Astrocam.  The nose cone contained 110 film camera that snapped a single frame when the nose cone popped out of the body as the parachute was deploying.  I had one as a teenager but as an adult I found them in Toy R Us for $25.  So with the kids I started launching it in my local field.  After a bunch of flights, I managed to get some good shots of the neighbourhood.
