This was my first try at this. While it worked fine as an enclosure, I was using a tiny amp that I had for several years. After finally wanting to get to the bottom of why the sound was muddy. I finally put my oscilloscope to it only to discover that the poor little amp was clipping badly, Duh!
The following pictures show the first enclosure which accommodated the amp and speaker. I had to make the new enclosure to suit my new and much bigger amp.
